OfRoot Companion In development

Remember your routine.
Keep your health story.

A planned tabletop companion for medication reminders and optional voice check-ins. Small everyday moments, brought into your private OfRoot timeline.

No payment. No preorder. Just updates on the pilot.

For the moments between visits

It is easier to tell your story
when you do not have to remember it all.

A reminder can help you pause. A simple response can help you remember. Companion is being designed to connect those moments to a timeline you can review before your next appointment.

One small moment. A clearer story.

Try a morning reminder.

Illustrative demo. No microphone access.
Your choices stay on this page.

  2. Choose Taken, Snooze, or Skip

Your response would keep this moment in the story.

Something to bring to your next visit

Context
No additional context in this example. The microphone control previews a scripted note.

Illustrative summary, not an actual patient report or medical advice. The planned flow includes review before saving or sharing.

Ready to try a response.

More context, if you want it

Sometimes, a few words
tell the rest of the story.

Feeling tired? Had a quiet day? The planned voice check-in gives you a way to add that context without typing. You would review the transcript before it joins your timeline.

Built around your choice

A place on your table.
Not a say in your care.

The planned Companion supports the routine you already follow. It does not decide which medication to take, change a dose, or interpret a symptom as a diagnosis.

One timeline, more ways to add context

The beginning of a connected product family.

Companion is our planned first physical product. The timeline stays at the center, whether context comes from a check-in, a note, or optional health data.

A few things to know

Clear from the start.

Companion is a concept in development, not a diagnostic, emergency, or medication-dispensing device.

What is OfRoot Companion?

Companion is a planned tabletop device for medication reminders and optional voice check-ins. It is being designed to bring self-reported responses and everyday context into a private OfRoot health timeline, for you to review before care.

Can I buy it now?

Not yet. Companion is in development. We are targeting a November 2026 pilot, subject to prototype validation, sourcing, privacy review, and partner readiness. Final specifications, pricing, and shipping dates are not confirmed. Joining early access is not an order or a reservation.

Does it dispense medication or confirm I took it?

No. Taken means you reported taking your medication. Companion does not verify ingestion, dispense medication, or recommend a dose. The optional organizer is planned as non-dispensing storage, not an automatic dispenser.

Will it listen all the time?

The planned design uses an intentional microphone control and a physical microphone privacy switch. Voice check-ins would be optional, with a review step before adding a transcript to your timeline. This page uses a scripted voice example and never accesses your microphone.

Does my clinic automatically see my timeline?

No. The planned Companion experience is built around patient-controlled sharing. You would review and choose what to bring to a clinic. It is not continuous clinical supervision or emergency monitoring.

Will it work with watches and smart rings?

The OfRoot app supports optional Apple Health context. Direct Companion hardware connections and additional watch and smart-ring integrations are planned, not available through this concept demo. Support will depend on permissions, compatible data sources, and partner terms. No wearable partnership is being announced.
